All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused and unopened condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, you are advised to follow these steps:

- If the product condition meets our requirements, we’ll start processing your Return Request.
- Our product collection team will pick up the product from your home within 1-3days.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your Refund/Exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 days or less. We will notify you through Facebook when your refund/exchange has been processed.
